The two queen balcony ocean view room had everything we needed, including fine views to start our days right. The Keurig in the lobby served coffee 24/7, a huge bonus for our early morning adventures!

loved this nice basic hotel, perfect and magnificent location and updated rooms. booked a room with magnificent views of the bay. location: the property was not far from downtown and the harbor area and all the tours leave from and seward, ak. cafe nature's nectars located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

The location is sooo convenient, just a short walk to restaurants 🌟 the room was quite outdated, and some amenities didn't work well, like the fridge that froze our food.

We had a fantastic family adventure here! The location was perfect, just a half mile from Kenai Fjords Tours. Our room had a lovely sea view, and the grandkids enjoyed watching the boats come in and out.
My kids wished the bathroom amenities were better for families.

The bathroom had mildew and the shower head was positioned too low for comfort. While Morgan at the front desk was helpful during check-in, other aspects of the service fell short, such as the tedious refund process that followed my stay.

Great spot for a group getaway! We visited the nearby Kenai Fjords Tours and had a blast fishing too. The location is pretty convenient and offers a cozy vibe. Definitely a fun base to explore from!
The heating in our room wasn't working well, a concern given the chilly weather. It could get really cold at night, and using the provided heater was a bit inconvenient.

We had a great time in Seward. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. It was conveniently located near the downtown area, the train station, Sealife aquarium, and various restaurants and fishing spots.
